extensive skills, engaged in personnel and organizational development. Since 1998 Stefan has been
offering leadership training in the business community. During these years, Stefan has developed
programs in various sectors in a variety of businesses and organizations. He is also the
creator of the behavioral test EPT – entrepreneur profile test. Stefan earned his MBA at the
Nordic School of Management and studied Entrepreneurship at the Boston University School of
Mangement.

His teaching is focused on a new, 2-year international MSc program in design, that
aims to tackle societal challenges such as food waste. His research is focused on
